At InTandem Financial, we are committed to giving back to our community!
United Way Day of Caring
The InTandem Financial team had the pleasure of serving together with LinkBank for the 2019 Annual United Way Day of Caring. Our teams worked at Love the Hill, an inner-city initiative of Wildheart Ministries, pulling weeds from two city blocks in Allison Hill to beautify our community. We encourage you to follow this link to learn more about this organization that is truly making a difference!
Homeland Hospice 5K & Memory Walk
Saturday, June 22nd was a beautiful morning for the Homeland Hospice 5K Run and Memory Walk in Harrisburg! InTandem Financial staff and family assisted by manning the water station at the turn around on North Front Street and cheering for participants as they crossed the finish line near the Carrousel Pavilion on City Island. It was an absolute pleasure to serve with Myra Batdorf, Laurie Murray and the Homeland team for this event that raised over $24,000 for the ongoing work of Homeland Hospice!
InTandem Financial – Dillsburg Youth Baseball Team
It was our pleasure to sponsor the Dillsburg Little League Baseball Player Pitch 11/U team, InTandem Financial, coached by our own Matt Krise, Eric McCauslin and Jake Lininger. The season began with the annual Little League parade through downtown Dillsburg and ended with a bitter loss to Keystone Fieldhouse in the first round of the playoffs. Congratulations to this great group of boys on a great season! We are so proud of how our coaches and players represent InTandem Financial in our community!

Alex’s Lemonade Stand @ Market Café
The InTandem Financial Team helped Northwestern Mutual host an Alex’s Lemonade Stand at Market Café in Camp Hill. 2019 marks the 15th Anniversary of Alexandra “Alex” Scott’s first lemonade stand. While battling cancer, Alex held yearly lemonade stands with one goal – to find a cure for childhood cancer. Every $50 raised pays for one hour of cancer research. We are thrilled to carry on Alex’s vision and passion to help the fight to find a cure!
United Way Day of Caring
The InTandem Financial team, together with LinkBank, served at Wildwood Park as part of the Capital Region's United Way Day of Caring, September 7, 2018. Wildwood Park is a 210 acre park in Harrisburg known for its 90-acre shallow lake and over 6 miles of trails. Our crews worked planting and transplanting bushes and flowers and removing mud and debris that has collected on the park's boardwalks. We had fun working together and are happy to have a part in making a difference through this great day of service!
